What is Shilajit?

How do I use Shilajit?

Using a small spoon or stick, take a pea-sized amount (around 250-300 milligrams) and mix with warm water, tea, or coffee. Stir until it dissolves. Shilajit is more soluble in warm liquids. It is best to take Shilajit in on an empty stomach.

You can also take it directly under the tongue for fast absorption, although the taste can be quite bitter at first.

How long will a jar last?
Dosage varies by individual.  Typically, a 10 gram jar will last about 1 month, while a 30g jar will last 2-3 months, and a 50 gram jar will last 5-6 months
