MantraTech Shilajit
Using a small spoon or stick, take a pea-sized amount (around 250-300 milligrams) and mix with warm water, tea, or coffee. Stir until it dissolves. Shilajit is more soluble in warm liquids. It is best to take Shilajit in on an empty stomach.
You can also take it directly under the tongue for fast absorption, although the taste can be quite bitter at first.

I didn't start using the Shilajit resin immediately as I was finishing a portion from a different supplier. The MantraTech Shilajit is of excellent quality. Though I ordered 30 grams, I received 50 grams instead.
