MantraTech Shilajit
Using a small spoon or stick, take a pea-sized amount (around 250-300 milligrams) and mix with warm water, tea, or coffee. Stir until it dissolves. Shilajit is more soluble in warm liquids. It is best to take Shilajit in on an empty stomach.
You can also take it directly under the tongue for fast absorption, although the taste can be quite bitter at first.

Hey James - sorry for the missed delivery. The EMS tracking info says that it was delivered successfully, but nobody was there in person to receive it. In that case, the courier will usually leave it at the house, or try again the next day. If you still have not gotten the shipment, let me know and I will send a new one. a lot of fake products out there you need to be sure you are getting the real deal. Auratech has the best shilajit I've tried it's pure and they test to make sure its free of heavy metals and contaminants. I've been using shilajit for 10 years and have seen a lot of fake resin out there but these guys have the good stuff.
I feel more energy but the flavor is very earthy and bitter. I recommend to eat a cracker aftwards
